[Q] [How-To] Generating AVIs using MFC AVI classes

Environment: WindowsNT 4.0 (no patch) VC++4.1

Hi,

	Does anyone know of a source code example of an MFC application that
generate compressed/uncompressed AVI files from a series of images e.g.
BMPs or TIFF.

	I have read the online documentation on the various AVI classes but
could not figure out how to use them. A full working example should help
me understand the various aspect of AVI generation.

Try the Video for Windows SDK. It contains some little programs that do
things like this (as far as I remember)...
