I am evaluating graphic framework libraries, such as SEC++/Objective Toolkit
(Stingray), Canvassing Library/Headstart Toolkit (Headstart).
Does anybody know of any other such library?

Hi Joan,
I'm an Objective Toolkit user. I don't know about the other lib.
I'm quite happy with Stingray stuff, sources are clear and well documented.
Of course, it's not perfect, and we have debugged and add some little
things
on the classes we used, but it's ok.
You can take a look to Weekly MFC EXTention.
http://www.periphere.be
They have some good tools too (some are close to Stingray) and it seem to
be good quality sources.
(We don't use it very much for the moment).

If you are doing 3d stuff, check out:
Template Graphics Software (TGS) - mostly VRML
JOEY - I use this and I love it, check out www.joey.com

I'm not sure if Pinnacle's Graphing class (CGraph) is comparable to those
others, but it works well for me.

If it's cross-platform solutions that you're looking for,
try zApp, and other libraries from Roguewave, Galaxy framework from
Visix, or Zinc toolkit. All three have home pages on the internet.
If it's purely Win32 graphic tools (like charting), try
SoftwareFX, Olectra, etc.
