Active X Com Registration

Hi,
Have a strange problem that we cannot figure out.
1. Built a COM object using the ActiveX template.  
2. COM object will register on several machines, both 95 and NT 4.0, but
every now and then, there is a machine that it will not register for
anything.  Have rebuilt it with debug/release - no diferance.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Environment: Windows 95/Windows 4.0/MSVC 4.1

I had encountered a similar problem. Turns out that the computers on which 
the control does not register successfully is missing OLEPRO32.DLL in the 
WinNT/System or Win95/System directory.
